Where the work usually begins

Engagements often start where a company can still see a fix: a concrete topic, a workshop, a training. That makes sense. When pressure builds, it's natural to reach for something tangible first.

In practice it quickly becomes clear that the content alone doesn't answer all the questions that open up in daily work.
